    • Services Offered: Primary medical care, behavioral healthcare, HIV/STI prevention, youth and elder services, and more.

    • Clinic Locations: Choose from several locations including our clinic of choice for CDHF members at 1525 E. 55th Street., and the Broadway Youth Center for young professionals.

  • Our official orthopedic and physical therapy services provider offers significant discounts to uninsured Chicago dance professionals, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to essential rehabilitative services.

    • Services Offered: Specialized physical therapy and orthopedic care tailored to the unique needs of dancers.

    • Certified Performing Arts Medical Program (PAMP): Founded in 1985, this program provides performance oriented medical evaluation & treatment of medical problems that incur in instrumentalists, singers, dancers & actors at all performance levels.

    • Empowering Recovery: SRAL is committed to delivering distinctive health care solutions and superior patient experience in an artist-centered manner considering the unique demands of the individual's art form. Our partnership extends the reach of our grants, allowing more members of our community to benefit from high-level care without the financial burden.
